Does this sound familiar? Massive businesses have massive training needs. But you’ve got Marcus. He flies all over the country with a PowerPoint from 2004, training employees in person. It’s expensive, inefficient, and boring.
BEST CASE SCENARIO:
Marcus is now VP of Training and Development. He’s no longer traveling, but instead he helps write scripts for hundreds of training videos that get sent out over email. Just like Diageo (see below).

Since 2015 we have partnered with Hamlin Creative and Diageo, the largest spirits distributor in the world, to produce more than 100 videos. Those videos have covered the the entire spectrum from social media campaigns and commercials, to in house training videos and overnight edits. On numerous occasions Diageo has asked us to deploy multiple teams across the US. From NYC to LA, wherever Diageo goes, we’re there to help capture all of their awesome ventures. In 2017, we worked in partnership with Diageo and Enthuse Marketing to take on one of our more ambitious video projects to date. We were tasked with producing 40+ short films for their “reserve brands” and four of the major spirits categories including: North American Whiskey, Rum, Vodka and Tequila. For these projects, Diageo called on the top experts in the spirits world and worked to craft films that covered the history, heritage and process behind each of these remarkable beverages.
