Where it begins — and how we bring your vision to life.
Good Fit Call
This is a 15-minute Zoom call where we listen to your vision and see if we'd be a good fit. We'll also go over pricing!
Discovery Process
We'll work with you to narrow down the scope and price. We'll write up an agreement and shoot it over via email.
Pre-Production
This is where the ball gets rolling! We'll work with you to create schedules, shot lists, interview questions, etc.
Production
Crews, cases, and coffee. We've got some really talented crew members. Our goal is to make you or your company look and sound awesome.
Post-Production
This is where the magic happens. Typical video turnaround is 1-2 weeks, but we can move as quickly as needed and we even offer on-site or overnight edits for events.

And sometimes the timeline isn't measured in weeks. It's measured in hours.
Pretty fast when we need to be.
Most projects don't require a fire drill, but when the deadline is real, we're used to moving quickly. For events, conferences, and trade shows, we've handled:
- Same-day edits
- Overnight edits
- Next-morning delivery
- Fast-turn social content
- Videos that need to be ready before the next session, meeting, or show day
If you've got a hard deadline, tell us upfront. We'll build the production and post-production workflow around it and let you know what's realistic.
In other words: if you need it fast, don't assume the answer is no. Ask us.

WE DON'T HIDE OUR VIDEO PRICING

- •Video production has two parts: filming + editing. Sometimes we do both. Sometimes you only need us for one.
- •Filming typically runs $2,500–$5,500 per day, depending on the size of the crew and complexity of the shoot.
- •Editing typically runs $750–$4,500, which means many full projects land somewhere in the $5K–$8K range.
